We are extremely grateful to all of our corporate sponsors for the huge variety of assistance they provide Fisher House with. From employees who volunteer on our atrium stands and kind-hearted office fundraisers, to glamorous events organised for the house’s benefit, our corporate supporters are always finding new ways to help us help patients. Enterprise Rent-a-Car (ERAC) Birmingham has been proudly supporting Fisher House for two years. They are also supporters of the Critical Care Unit at the hospital. Andy Bland, Head of Sales West Midlands at ERAC, said: “We have really enjoyed working with the Charity team who have supported us with our fundraising goals every step of the way. Our employees have really got on board with fundraising, even taking part in a group skydive!”  

 

EZE Group have supported QEHB Charity through collections at the matches of Birmingham City Football Club, which they sponsor, as well as offering the charity hospitality boxes at football games for fundraising auctions. In August 2015, EZE Group kindly sponsored the Celebration of Life event in aid of Fisher House. Read more here, here and here.

 

 

 

 

Mercedes Central Birmingham are frequent supporters of Fisher House UK and often attend corporate fundraising events. In November 2015 they supplied the house with a Mercedes E Class for guests and staff to use for free, and held a Santa run in December of the same year.

 

 

 

 

For 2016, The SWS Group have generously chosen to support Fisher House through a variety of fundraising activities, and hope to raise £200,000 over the course of the year towards the house’s running costs. Read about their fundraising here.

 

 

 

 
Warwickshire County Cricket Club (WCCC) and Edgbaston Stadium, where the club is based, have supported Fisher House since it opened in 2013. They have hosted a family fun day to raise funds for the house, and chefs from the stadium have cooked Fisher House staff and residents a Christmas meal for three years in a row. Cantonese restaurant Henry Wong of Harborne has supported Fisher House since the beginning of 2016, raising money by hosting a range of events including a wine tasting evening. Owner, Parm Rai, said "I, like many, feel indebted to these military personnel who have literally laid their lives on the line for our us, so I could think of no worthier charity to support".   

 

 

 
Multinational defence, security and aerospace company BAE Systems continues to be a brilliant fundraiser for Fisher House. Also, apprentices from the firm are taking part in an Innovation Challege to create groundbreaking designs to help frames patients regain their mobility.
